Bought a pack of 2 of these toners for my new 3 month old HP M227fdn to replace the starter cartridge that came with it. Both cartridges showed the same symptoms of excess toner and ghosting. I contacted the seller and he sent two replacement cartridges. Same result as the first two. I didn't bother with the fourth. If you have an HP M227fdn, I would advise you not to bother at all.
