Well assembled pump, all o-rings included.

OEM quality, fits and works perfectly. It has a metal wheel. The only issue was the metal o-ring for the bypass tube - it felt a little big and could roll off when the tube was reinserted. I used the original but you may need a backup plan. I read that maybe a lb7 injector o-ring could fit. Other than that the pump was great - hopefully report back in 100,000 miles!
