This is the second time I have bought the same shoes for my four year old. The first pair was too big and I went back to repurchase a size smaller. The "pair" of shoes I got the second time seemed fine to me until I put them on my child's feet and noticed that the strap on one of the shoes was 1/4 inch out of place which he should have been the strap to barely have enough velcro. And to be honest, 1/4 inch doesn't make much of a difference in adult shoes, and I wouldn't care if it was "off" on some non-critical part of the shoe, but little kids' shoes would have done so much to one of them . The key parts of the shoe really break the deal. I even checked to make sure they were the same size thinking maybe the shoes somehow didn't match. In addition, the elastic bungee laces also varied from shoe to shoe. That's why I put the pair in quotes as these two shoes go together like Rihanna and Chris Brown. No!
