This is the second time I have bought the same shoes for my four year old. The first pair was too big and I went back to repurchase a size smaller. The "pair" of shoes I got the second time seemed fine to me until I put them on my child's feet and noticed that the strap on one of the shoes was 1/4 inch out of place which he should have been the strap to barely have enough velcro.
