I'm pretty sure I'll be sending it back. It doesn't connect to my wifi. According to the instructions, it doesn't even switch to WiFi mode. The battery life doesn't live up to what was promised either. He can't find his way down the hall to my master bedroom. I like that he talks to me. For example, when it got stuck under my sofa, I pulled it out and started it again. He said "Hello Master" which I find amusing. But the fun doesn't make up for the crappy performance. I think I'll have to put up with that and buy a Roomba. BTW I bought it after 2 NEATOS didn't work as promised. What's up with these things?! UPDATE 6/2/21: After carefully considering the cost of the Roomba, I've decided to keep it. It still doesn't detect my Wi-Fi; The only item I bought is not there. He is still lost and unable to find his prey with both hands. BUT. With a little guidance from time to time it gets the job done and saves me my back from using my big vacuum. Mind you, I'm not thrilled with it and won't change the star count, but I agree with what it will do compared to the price. UPDATE 6/6/21 Well I'm bringing it back again. Now, despite the magnetic strips, he's constantly lost in my soul. Also, it no longer collects dirt; fibers only. I have to return it by June 17th, so I'm very glad I started the return process so early. It gave me time to really appreciate it. Now change the stars from 2 to 1.
