I bought the headset in March 2019 for my home office. At first the product seemed good, and then little by little they stopped hearing me. I could hear them but they just hung up thinking it was dead air. At first I thought it was my real phone because the headset was brand new. However, I tested it on other mobile phones and still no one could hear me. Now I've exited the order window and can't return what I paid $50 for. What a waste of money. ****** Update ******, the company responded to my review and refunded my money. Upon further testing, we found that the problem was with their connection from the heater to the landline.
