It was great 2.5mm for my cordless phone and 3.5mm TSSR (for smartphones). I especially like the fast connection and the presence of 2 ports. very comfortable and loud enough with a dual headset. I wish the headset had a foam windscreen for the mic. I had one and it's better when I'm excited to keep breath blasts down. Time will tell if it will hold up as I expected for the next 1-2 years. I recommend others to buy.

I tried several other headsets before finding one I really liked. This headset is very comfortable for my head and ears. I can set it where I like it and it stays there so I don't have to constantly adjust it throughout the day. I was surprised at how well the ear cushions blocked out background noise. I checked with someone and the other party said they can hear me fine on the other end. It comes with two quick disconnect cables, one with a 2.5mm connector and the other with a 3.5mm connector.
