Bought for my home office and immediately after purchase it was clear that the headset is of very high quality (durable but lightweight materials, excellent fit and finish). After trying it out on a few calls, the comfort was great and the audio clarity was noticeably better than my headphones. But I have to say what was even more impressive was the customer service (sunny@mairdi.com) - just incredibly helpful and responsive in answering all my questions. To be honest I've never had such a level of customer service for an Amazon.com product - truly outstanding. Recommend the product and this company that supports it.
