Review on Stageek Aluminum Universal Bookshelf Computer by Kurt Bravo

Exactly what I was looking for, works great!

I've been looking for a minimal pair of desktop speaker stands for a long time. To be honest, most of the options on the market are pretty ugly, so I was very happy when I found them. I think they look fantastic. Minimalist and sleek design, basically a curved piece of metal, nothing fancy but that's why I love it. Another thing I really like about the design is that I can use the space under the speakers, see picture. The intended use was for Audioengine A5+ active loudspeakers. The fit is great but probably borders on size and weight. The speakers measure 10.75″ (27cm) x 7″ (18cm) x 9″ (23cm) and weigh 15.4 pounds for the left speaker (the one with an amplifier) and 9.6 pounds for the right speaker. Now these coasters are rated at £15 which is a bit generous and that's why I've deducted a star when I would have liked to have given 4.5 stars. They flex slightly under the speaker's weight, while the left (15.4 pounds) flexes a little more. I would say around 10 pounds is the ideal speaker weight for these stands. Don't get me wrong, they hold 15 pounds, but with that much load they almost lose their up angle. Apart from this small problem I am very satisfied with the purchase.
