If you're shooting portraits for print marketing and zooming in enough to fit the side of a bus, you're bound to find the sharpness of this lens flawed. But when I tested it alongside my 28mm and 55mm lenses I found it to be a great lens, almost as sharp as both, less expensive and definitely a lot more versatile.
