Review on Hizpo 1 Din Android 10 Car Stereo Radio DVD Player for BMW 5 Series E39 & X5 E53 with GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, 1080P, and Rearview Camera by Jojo Howell

Fairly good radio. Looks high quality and has all the features I expected. Only a few criticisms keep me from giving it 5 stars. 1) The rear camera flickered and then died and stopped working - will order another one and see if it works. Update: The connection instructions were wrong. I hooked it up to a 12v power supply called "reverse 12v" coming from the back of the radio and disconnected it from the reverse lights and now it works. The camera itself is of rather poor quality and has a pink tint. I bought another one from another company and it went in right away, no problem. 2) The loading time is about 90 seconds. Although it doesn't last very long, I've already left the garage and been out for a while before it switches to radio. Otherwise, the radio works great, as does the Bluetooth. The built-in speaker offers good sound quality for hands-free calls. I love the integrated launcher that gives access to basic driving and radio functions, and the physical buttons are really handy for people like me who want to avoid using the touchscreen all the time. The integration with the steering wheel controls is great, although the onboard mapping feature doesn't change anything, preventing me from programming the "talk" button to use it for voice dialing, answering, or making calls. All in all I'm still very glad I bought this unit and I'm pleased with how it enhances the 2006 BMW X5 e53. I would recommend it but just know it's not perfect.
