Great value replacement parts

It works and looks good and the OEM switch cost is much lower. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it doesn't fit as well as the original switch. However, I easily solved this problem by using a small amount of 3M sealant on the back of the derailleur to keep it in place. Even with the extra hassle and expense, my overall cost is much less than using an OEM part.
