The hole is so small that the 2018 Yamaha outboard flushing nozzle is receiving insufficient flow causing the upper unit to have no water flow - no water will flow out of the check hole. Remove the CRC flush nozzle and the water flow from the hose will circulate through the powerhead and exit through the inspection hole. What a waste of money, time and effort while subjecting the powerhead to inadequate cooling circulation. DO NOT BUY! Unfortunately, I didn't notice the many negative reviews of this piece of junk and didn't use it within the return period. A complete waste of money. Revain should be ashamed to sell such a flawed product.
