Quiet - when it's completely off.

I have a 5 gallon table top tank. I bought 8 "quiet" air pumps that look the quietest. This one was silent when it was rotated all the way. If I increased the flow just enough to create enough air bubbles, I could easily hear the pump working. The noise level was around 50 dB. This would be great for a tank with more general device noise or noisier environments. Not quiet enough for a table tank.
