The support is terrible and the product is buggy

Pros: - I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality, specs and feature set of this device, especially at this price point - However, the user interface is clean and easy to use I found all a bit flawed and I'm worried about the security of his data. Cons: - Some parts of the UI show translation issues when whole words are not translated into English. I don't really care, but it sure is sloppy. The mobile application is not yet ready for production. It lacks the most basic features and looks terrible. Some built-in apps just don't work. For example, I tried to connect the device to an existing OpenVPN. This is supported on the Network tab. Please note: I'm not trying to host a VPN, I connect to it. It won't connect to my VPN (despite the fact that many other entities are happy to do so) and the interface to connect doesn't even make sense as the combination of inputs is wrong. - Login to the box via SSH shows many areas that have been drastically optimized. not correct. Several folders have 777 permissions, meaning literally anyone with access can access the files, regardless of how they're configured through other interfaces. When they tried to open a support ticket, the first step they wanted was remote access to my desktop and NAS device. This is absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn't give anyone else this access to my infrastructure. Especially not as a first step.
