I only use it occasionally for voltage, AC current and continuity measurements. He is good at all of these tasks. Note that functional integrity is instantaneous, ie all it takes is a turn of the rotary switch to check circuit continuity. Some other gauges require multiple steps to get to the most commonly used function. The LED screen is large and easy to read. The case, including the rubber case, feels comfortable in my opinion. The rotary switch fulfills all important functions and is easy to use. All my old test leads work with this meter; This is important to me as I prefer to work with large alligator clips and these leads are hard to find and expensive. If you don't use the multimeter often, it comes with a nice carrying case. It zips on all sides for easy access, there's room for two sets of cables and a manual, and there's no need to disconnect the cables from the meter to fit in the pocket. There is a trick to installing the battery. The manual says to remove the rubber cover by "gently pulling on it". It's a bit tricky at first time as it's not that easy. But it works. So far I am very happy with this purchase.
