Delicate design but works well
I bought this primarily for cooking ribs in a pressure cooker, but this appliance is also great for braising veggies on the stove. The medium size I bought is perfect for our 8 liter pressure cooker. Admittedly, its design makes it a bit fragile, so it needs to be handled with care or it can be easily damaged. But it works well, it's dishwasher safe and folds down to a small size for easy storage.
