The first picture is just to show that it is the same product. I used to like this product a lot. But they changed the container from the top one with big shaking holes to the bottom one with a shake and fill function. The holes in the new one are too small to effectively shake out the product. With the old version, a few shakes and you're done. Now you have to stand there and shake for about 5 minutes, the filling resets it too fast to be useful. I have no idea why they changed it - the old one allows you to easily remove the lid when you want to pour out. I think this is a trick to get people to go through the product faster because they are using pouring so they don't have hassle and thus use up the product faster. I don't respect a company that is so greedy that it makes its product unwieldy just to squeeze out a little more money. I will find a similar product and keep the old shaker that worked fine. How to ruin a good product!
