(MTB riders) It's comfortable to wear and fairly low profile (can be worn under a jersey but is noticeable) but gets hot quickly , if you just put it on a few minutes around the house. There just aren't enough vents and the foam padding is quite heavy. I replaced it with a stealth t-shirt from the same company, which is much more breathable. On a higher speed bike I would expect this vest to offer good chest protection and ventilation but in my opinion it's not the best option for mountain biking even if you only use it for gravity access/climbing.
