Review on Black Betty Dain Multi-Purpose Coloring/Styling Cape - 54 x 60 inches, Lightweight Chemical-Resistant Nylon, Snap Closure, with Chemical-Proof Panel by Dawn Ohara

I bought this raincoat to use now when we cut our hair at home instead of going to the hairdresser or barber. It's good quality but the buttons are in the widest position, still a little too small for my admittedly large neck. We use a cape with a clip to keep it around the neck, which is fine too. I've looked through the various cloaks available, both here at Revain and elsewhere, and couldn't find anything better, so we bought this one. This will work fine, but it would be nice if the neck adjustment offered more flexibility.
