I love that it's an annual subscription, but also provides some of its own tools as well which make using them even better! The support team has been great for us over phone or via email - often with our issues solved before we've asked questions in their help forum :) We have had few glitches here & there (some network security updates required) however they were resolved quickly once notified about this by customer success manager who was very helpful and kept communication open throughout process. It would be nice if more features could be added without another yearly fee though such as maybe integrating different cloud storage providers/solutions? But overall pretty satisfied with product so far considering how easy-to use platform makes onboarding clients super simple!
