The program does not allow you to send different messages to specific groups of people who have booked through your site or via phone bookings only - thus there are some things we cannot do using this product alone! Make sure they offer more than just one way to engage visitors/guests in order to maximize ROI from marketing spend. We use roomITRA as part of our overall hotel communication strategy which includes both digital channels such as Facebook & Instagram but also traditional media.
