RoomITRA is a great way to engage visitors/guests

I like that it is easy to set up an automatic email sequence for guests staying at my property.

It also allows me to customize each message depending upon their reservation type (e.g., booking confirmation vs check-in). The program does not allow you to send different messages to specific groups of people who have booked through your site or via phone bookings only - thus there are some things we cannot do using this product alone! Make sure they offer more than just one way to engage visitors/guests in order to maximize ROI from marketing spend. We use roomITRA as part of our overall hotel communication strategy which includes both digital channels such as Facebook & Instagram but also traditional media.

  • Easy setup, abilityto add photos etc..etc.and then automate emails with personalized data points within minutes so no needfor long lead times needed before sending outemails
