Not intuitive at all.

I'm sorry but I can't give a good review. I just wanted something to print shipping labels one at a time. My experience is consistent with some of the other reviews I've seen and I can't find any resource to help me. I'm not a technical novice and I'm not an expert, but I usually understand everything. I've had this for a few weeks and haven't made a single usable mailing label yet. It may be just me, but if I can't figure it out, I'm sure I'm not alone. Very frustrating. This is preventing me from working remotely.
