Warm and comfortable winter gloves.

Comfortable and warm gloves for the harsh winter in western New York. I just spent 35 minutes blowing snow in my driveway. We had 14 inches of snow overnight and the air temp was 4 degrees (cold wind -15). These gloves kept my hands very warm, although my thumbs ended up getting a little cold, hence the 4 star rating. I've also worn these gloves before on a fairly normal winter day here (20's-30's temps) and my hands were quite warm. I have big hands and men's L/XL fit just right! The 100g Thinsulate insulation in these gloves is much larger than the average 40g you find at retail "winter" gloves.

Pros

VERY WARM, WATERPROOF AND SNOWPROOF: Mittens and gloves are insulated with 100 grams of 3M Thinsulate that keeps you warm in very cold winter temperatures. Mittens and gloves are completely waterproof and keep hands dry in wet, snowy and icy conditions. The mittens have an extended cuff with a lock that tucks under a coat sleeve to keep snow out.
