I use cast iron a lot. Although it was a lot of work! I washed it with Dawn every time and had to re-season it every time. Eventually I got to the point where I hated using it. But this little thing changed the GAME! I can't recommend it enough! Now I use my cast iron every day. I use it every morning to make scrambled eggs for my kid. Scrambled eggs used to be the worst. It will take forever to rid it of eggs. This chain mail literally takes seconds to clean, and none of my spices come off! I simply place the pan under warm or hot water while it's cool enough to touch after cooking. I use chain mail like a rag or sponge. Dry the pan and put some oil in my pan. Sometimes I put it back on the oven's ear when it's still hot just to get the oil nice and flavorful in the pan. But seriously, if you're using cast iron then this is a must! It honestly changed the way I cook and clean!
