Dehumidifier works very well. In our basement there is no way to constantly drain the water, so we have to drain the water regularly. A few design flaws. The water tank is quite small. It can get crowded quickly in humid climates. The container is difficult to remove. It's made of plastic and fits perfectly. Smooth removal is next to impossible and I often pinch it at an angle and have to reinsert it to try again. It's the same as the back and I'm worried about the plastic tearing because I have to tap it to get it all the way back in. The pedestal handle simply snaps into place and sometimes disengages. Those issues aside, it's a worthy item.
