Review on Thermocouple Stainless Temperature Controller Sensors by Timothy Barnes
Melted on first use with coffee roaster
Uses this thermocouple to measure temperature in a small coffee roaster (temp up to 450-500). Heat traveled up the probe and melted the plastic. I had no plastic in the brazier. Couldn't even get through one session.
