Review on SURPCOS by Jim Bijelic

On the surface, SURPCOS may seem to be a lifestyle brand that provides exceptional baby products; however, upon deeper inspection, it is evident that the company's foundations are flawed. Their playards are beautiful to look at, but one has to wonder about the quality of the materials used in their construction. I am a novice in this industry, and SURPCOS's exquisite designs were originally what drew me to the company. However, when I received my purchase, I was disappointed to find that the playard did not hold up well to regular use. It appeared that the materials that were used were of poor quality, and the general construction was not satisfactory. In addition, although the website is simple and easy to navigate, the customer support is severely lacking. My attempts to return the product were thwarted by a procedure that was both time consuming and unresponsive. As a result, I was forced to keep the defective playard. To summarize, despite SURPCOS's impressive outward presentation, the company's operations are built on shaky groundwork. As a novice, I would advise other people to continue with extreme caution and to be wary of the quality of the products they are purchasing. Although the patterns might be appealing, the quality of the materials used and the assistance given to customers is not up to par with what is promised.
