I am very surprised at how satisfied I am with the Mairico Ultra Sharp knife. Given the low price, I never expected to get such a good deal. First let me say the packaging is AWESOME. It came in its own box in the regular packaging and even came with padding. When I took it out of the box, the first thing I admired was the beauty of the knife and then the length and weight. I couldn't wait to try it. I waited while I prepared the food for lunch the next day. I found it VERY sharp and its weight helps cut potatoes, onions and cabbage. I had to use very little force because it was so strong and easy to cut. Thank you for providing us with such a useful product.
