Review on 💯 100 Vegetarian Capsules of Life Extension Acetyl L-carnitine 500 mg by Jessica Velasquez

I ordered this direct from LifeExtension but could not find it on their website anymore. I was very happy to find it here as it cost a lot less money and the shipping was faster. my energy level and improved overall health. The combination allowed me to return to a younger energy level, but it wasn't long before I started noticing a side effect that I wasn't expecting. Since January 8th I have lost 17 pounds and have not restricted my food intake in any way. I'm not excersized at all either. I now have the ideal weight for my height and my BMI is also right. (I gave up and decided my obesity was due to aging.) I took supplements for another 6 weeks to improve my overall health and energy levels. I haven't lost any more weight. (which is good because if I did I would already be overweight) I never drank water before taking these supplements. I mostly drank coffee and mt. Dew. Since taking supplements, I've found that I don't need the extra sugar and caffeine; i really want water (maybe that's why I lost weight) I would buy from this supplier again and recommend them to family and friends.
