Review on Cordiant Off Road 215/65 R16 102Q summer by Jnis Stepi ᠌

I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

I was led towards the cardiant by the desire for toothy rubber for fishing rides in an affordable price segment. Another reason is the reluctance to lift cars (Suzuki Grand Vitara 3d). At first I thought Hankuk AT, but smart people dissuaded me: it’s not very good on the pavement and it lathers through the mud at once. In general, if there is a desire to use a car without fanaticism, but in a fairly tough off-road mode, I advise everyone. For the city and the highway, of course, it is better to look towards road tires. Tire in combination price-quality are excellent.

Pros
  • The main plus is the combination of price and quality. On the road goes well, not particularly washed. Strong enough, as it crushed a couple of beer bottles with a wheel, only got a couple of pieces of glass from the tread, the tire was not damaged, though it was probably lucky, because sidewall is not very strong. Comfortable speed up to 110-120km/h. Perfectly balanced and predictably behaves on asphalt (for MT).
Cons
  • Like any MT - noisy. Like any MT - heavy. Like any MT - really dislike high speeds and wet asphalt (although tolerable). The biggest drawback for this rubber is somewhat weak sidewalls. Everything is ok for me for 40,000 runs, and my friends already have several punctures from sharp stones and branches (although this may depend more on the gasket))), Goodrich Mt has much stiffer and stronger sidewalls, but the price is aaa, you can take two sets with changing shoes together.
