I've been on beetroot pills for 2 months and when I tell you they've changed my life, that's putting it mildly! I have thalassemia, genetic anemia. I've tried almost everything for my anemia with no success. After taking these pills my hemoglobin is no longer super low all the time and I have way more energy. I had no idea how drunk I really was before I started taking these pills. My menstrual cycle has actually improved with less cramping and lighter discharge.
