Review on Monoprice Microphone Isolation Shield - Black - Foldable | Prime Sound 🎤 Isolation, High Density Absorbing Foam, 3/8in Mic Threaded Mount & Vented Metal Back Plate by Christopher Jones

I recently bought this to add music to a video I'm working on. I've only been making videos for a few years. now (already 30+ photos) and this was the first project where I needed voice acting. I wanted to do it right, with no extraneous noise (echo, etc.) and with pure tones. After reading excellent reviews I decided to use this model. I'm so glad I did. You can see in my pictures how I set everything up. I bought an "MXL 770 Cardioid Condenser Microphone" and an "Aokeo Pop Filter Mask Shield", both also from Revain, to make it work. I found it best to close the isolation screen doors until it touches the pop screen. I can say the sound was crisp, clear and with nice warm low tones (for my male actor).
