1650 core with 3600/16 memory gives:
the witcher 2 30-40 fps at maximum without ubersampling
the witcher 3 30 fps on medium-high
rom 2 at high 40 fps
attila 25-30fps

CPU loading in all games is 20-40%, so with a normal map, 60fps will give out in any games for a while.

Pros
