I am 84 years old and walk cross country every day. I bought this helmet to protect my head when I fall. I can say that it worked perfectly: there are no falls. No, I'm not joking. Wearing protective gear forces you to be more careful. The helmet is easy to put on, just a simple snap and I'm good to go. I had to buy a skullcap for warmth but it also makes the helmet more comfortable. Now putting on a helmet is part of my routine.
