It overestimates the heart rate from the wrist by 20-30 beats within 3 kilometers (tested simultaneously with the chest sensor). Usually this happens either at the very beginning, or after 6-7 kilometers. Then something happens and the readings begin to coincide with the chest sensor by 99%. As a result, the average value differs by 7-10 beats compared to the chest. Very disappointed because ran with FR 935 for 2 years before and their optical sensor worked almost as accurately as the chest one. Unfortunately, Garmin decided to put a new heart rate monitor on the FR 945 (which, apparently, has not yet been finalized). Considering that all new gadgets, such as the body battery, are based on the operation of a heart rate monitor, it turns out that all these data are incorrect and there is no point in buying expensive 945s. I do not advise this watch for purchase, it is better to purchase 935.
