Review on StarTech Com SVUSB2N1_6 USB KVM Cable by Roman Niko

I purchased this KVM cable and it was shipped and delivered quickly. On arrival it turned out to be the wrong cable. . . But this review didn't get 5 stars for nothing. I immediately contacted the seller and Amazon, thinking I was being tricked into buying a cheaper and older DVI cable. It turned out that the error was made by the original manufacturer, who mislabeled the sealed plastic packaging. the cable has arrived. The seller contacted me within hours, said they would fix the order without having to return the wrong cable I received and immediately sent a new product overnight. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and the new cable is exactly as pictured and as expected. So impressive that I still give it a 5/5 despite the issues encountered with the packaging. I would definitely buy from this seller again knowing that if anything goes wrong he is responsible and will fix it quickly.
