While I like the visor, it's difficult to adjust the size once it's on. I usually untied the visor, put it in a ponytail or bun, then tightened it to fit. The Velcro closure has an inner pull tab/hook strap and an outer loop strap. The end of the outer strap slides into the hat for a neat look without the extra strap protruding. The problem here is getting this strap on and off without snagging the velcro and/or my hair. Usually, if you adjust the hat correctly, and then put it on without pulling it over the tail, the adjustment will not be difficult, and the hat will be comfortable and beautiful.
