My 13 year old Miniature Dachshund couldn't climb the regular stairs we had. I contacted Topmart and asked questions about their product. They told me about my dog's needs and how these steps are constructed and from their answers to my questions I could tell that they have such amazing love and care for pets. It took my dog a few days to learn trust and climb new levels. They have a slight recoil as they're made of thick foam rather than a rigid construction like their old stages and the cover, which doesn't fit very snugly, scared her a bit at first as it moves a little when she does climbs stairs, but she becomes more comfortable with them every day. I don't know why anyone didn't think of this design years ago, but thanks to Topmart for the design and manufacture.
