Buy both sizes, it's worth it.
First I bought the smaller size and then this one. When I buy food, I cook everything at once and freeze it. The large size is ideal for this. For dinner, I take a meat, two veggies, and a starch from the freezer and heat it in a small to 115F. Now I don't eat as many meals each night and only wash two plates and cutlery in already heated water. Saves me a lot of time, energy, energy and good for the planet.
