You can buy multiple individual cups and a bag of ping pong balls for half the price, BUT this cute little set gives you all the fun of mature pong games in a well-kept small size unit. I've played it a few times with my kids and the fun we had together was worth $24.95 as entertainment. The kit includes instructions for several games. Generally, this is either a race to build something or to score a certain number of goals. You have to chase balls everywhere, but if you are creative you can incorporate this into the game in a fun way. My kids and I included some of them in the game. For example, they put extra cups on the table or on the floor. If your ball accidentally hits one, you "lose" points etc. etc. Rules, just like you did as a little kid.
