I like that it allows me to connect as many people as needed, which makes my job easier since we can reach out to so many people at once! It's also very user-friendly - there are no complicated settings or steps required in order to use this platform. There aren't any other downsides either. The only thing I dislike about this product is that you have to pay extra money if your organization has more than 100 users. However, even though they have a business plan option where you don't need to purchase anything additional, I recommend using their free trial version first before deciding whether to continue using their services. We've been able to communicate easily and quickly without having to worry about missing messages or being unable to reply due to busy work schedules.
