So far so good with Power Inverters

Good; In addition to the two 15 amp outputs, there is a hardwire option that I used. The wireless remote control shows battery voltage, frequency, output voltage and output power very well. The wireless remote control was a big selling point for me, so I'm glad it works well, although the inverter takes a bit of time to respond after pressing the power button. It's not so good; The battery voltage displayed on the remote control is approx. 0.25 volts too high. Also, the AC output is not regulated. So if the battery voltage drops, the AC voltage will drop too, although the seller claims it has automatic voltage regulation. The oddly-named "Switching Power” button is designed to display the battery voltage and state-of-charge indicator in the remote itself. my attitude Installed this in my cabin above the RV where the generator should have been. This came in handy as the point came pre-wired with a 4 AWG battery and 120V mains connection. When I first tested it with a microwave oven (at about 900 watts) the drop was about 0.8 volts using the existing 4 gauge wires which I thought was too much. To fix this I doubled up on the existing wires and used them for the positive side of the batteries and a 1 gauge wire for the negative resulting in an acceptable <0.2 volt drop. Since I just installed it I don't have much time to get it working so I'll update this review if anything happens. I will contact the seller to see if I can calibrate the displayed battery voltage.
