Defective XL tri-color ink tank

Color ink tank only printed everything in light blue. The black container worked well. Anyway, it took me 3 weeks to discover that the color ink, not my printer, was causing everything printed to turn light blue. I used up the entire tank to diagnose the problem and finally the technician suggested that the problem was in the green box's tri-color ink tank. I immediately replaced it with a local HP 65 tri-color printer and my printer printed in color as it should. I think the green box should replace the broken tricolor page. Black was just fine.
