Tried to save money and bought this ink instead of HP. It worked and was fine for a while, but suddenly my printer just printed blank pages. I did a test print and the color ink worked but the black ink didn't print. Both cartridges are 50 percent full, not empty. I had the black HP cartridge overnight and it's working fine now, so it was definitely the black cartridge that was giving me problems. I've learned my lesson and I just want to warn others. I really liked my first box. I ordered the second box, only color ink came to the top. Despite numerous attempts to clean and align the printhead, black ink did not print at all. No problem I thought, I'll just replace it with another new cartridge I have. Only one didn't work either. Printed without large stripes. Color ink tank only printed everything in light blue. The black container worked well. Anyway, it took me 3 weeks to discover that the color ink, not my printer, was causing everything printed to turn light blue. I used up the entire tank to diagnose the problem and finally the technician suggested that the problem was in the green box's tri-color ink tank. I have been using GREENBOX remanufactured ink cartridges for a number of years. I have tried another brand from time to time and was not happy with the quality of the ink and the functionality of the cartridge chip which mostly doesn't work well with my HP printers. I keep coming back to GREENBOX. I haven't had any problems with them and the cartridges are cheaper than HP cartridges. I know there are cheaper refurbished brands out there, but I trust GREENBOX's quality based on my experience…

Now these cartridges are excellent. The cost of new HP cartridges is about 3x the cost of my HP 2600 series printer which is completely ridiculous! Both XL cartridges cost less than an HP cartridge. I just recently installed it in my printer. They were accepted by the printers and produced excellent black and white and color prints. So far, so good. I've bought other remanufactured cartridges from other companies and had terrible results with them. One actually leaked and ruined my printer…
