Update: Seller quickly returned and rectified the situation, pleased they have a great customer service team! The product I received was correct but all the decorations (pine cones, pickaxes and bows) were torn off by the hot glue that attached it to the hat. I really need a hat for a Christmas tree ornament contest I am entering and will have to submit a photo soon but I am very disappointed in the quality of the product I received and unfortunately have to keep it for the contest...
