The best thing about this system is it has really helped my business out by creating transparency in our accounting process for employees benefit plans! I would like more options because there are only so many things you can do when using Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Savings Account/s as they're called now days. It's been easy enough that anyone could use them without any training needed at least up until recently where some of their features have changed drastically from what was available before.
