The neck was too small.
Neck size too small. The 20 inch size should have been too big, but it isn't. That's why I can't wear a collar with a shirt. I have worn RJ Toomey Summer short sleeve shirts for many years and am very happy with the product. However, this shirt does not meet my requirements. Expectations.
