I like that the reel has "teeth" but the screws holding it to the sides keep the reel from being pressed against the wall about half an inch. So I needed another tool to deal with it. I saw some other casters were the same but without the studs/screws on the sides. Also, I didn't use the larger of the two rollers at all. It didn't allow me to apply enough pressure. Also, my car has a lot of turns, so the edges of the larger roller applied pressure, but the inside often didn't make contact with the car, so I just used the small roller. If I could find a small reel with no screws on the sides that would be great.
