Review on Soundstream VHR 72IRA Universal Headrest Backlighting by Jean Donjuan

The problem with this product is that they changed the rear connector design (which was good as it was a problem with the first one) but they also changed the wiring to the car and now I need to reconnect EVERYTHING. The problem is the wiring only has 3 entries and the van has 6. When I called they offered nothing but a refund. Well I didn't want a refund, I wanted the product to work without having to redo the whole thing and drill new holes in my $30,000 van.
